We are confident in the value our software offers. However, if for any reason you find that our product does not align with your needs, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your original purchase on any of the subscription plans.

2. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Via Software Dashboard: Access the support desk within the software dashboard at https://members.bookmasher.com. There, you can submit a cancellation and refund request ticket directly.

Via Email: Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] 

Please note: the 2nd option (email method) is only checked once a week. You should receive a faster response if you use the customer support system that is answered Monday to Friday once a day.

Please include your purchase details and the reason for the refund request (optional) to expedite the process.

Upon receiving your request, our support team will promptly process your cancellation and issue a refund within 5-7 business days of the initial request.

3. Conditions of Refund

The refund policy is applicable only within the first 14 days from the original purchase date on any of the subscription plans. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

This policy applies to the initial purchase only of any of the subscription plans. In the case of subscription-based services, split-payment options, add-on offers, or API Club the refund is applicable solely to the first and original transaction. Subsequent recurring subscriptions or payments (2nd split pay or later) or Image generation credits are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
